```GWADAR ROAD PROJETCTS VISIT```
Today on 30-March-2026 visited the Sick/Zero Expenditure Road Project namely **CONSTRUCTION OF 7.2-KM BLACK TOP ROAD FROM COASTAL HIGHWAY TO PEER BAKHSH BAZAR PRAHEENTOK JIWANI GWADAR* under PSDP No.771( Z2021.2763) Costing Rs 106.925 Million and up-to-date expenditure of Rs 66.801 Million, with only 3.6 KM Black top as workdone and most of the structure works remaining and causeways were found submerged under flash-flooding/rain water and no protection works were found proposed in the approved scheme for which the scheme need re-visit/Modification within cost required for which XEN(Roads) Gwadar has been taken onboard with direction to submit ground-based estimates/PC-Is before well before 3rd Quarter Progress Review meeting scheduled due on 8-April-2026, positively.

Today on 30-March-2026 visited the Sick/Zero Expenditure Road Project namely *CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD FROM PHALLARY TO PISHUKAN (17-KM)* under PSDP No.451(Z2021.1851) Costing Rs 110.00 Million and up-to-date expenditure of Rs 89.350 Million, with only 6-KM Black top as workdone and 3.5-km aggregate and premix remaining as per approved components so far, and tentatively around Rs 15.00 Million as Advance and uncovered amount for which Contractor Arshad Kalmati called in XEN(Road) Gwadar Office either to immeiately re-Start the long stopped work or face the recovery of Advance Payment tentatively calculated to be around Rs 25.00 Million and may be subsequent Blacklisting which will soon be submitted in shape of detailed Monitoring Report from this Office, as directed by Higher Authority during last Zero-Expenditure Meeting chaired by Worthy Secretary C&W Department, to visit & submit the way-forward of sick projects of Gwadar.

CWPP&H DISTRICT LORALAI
Minor flood damage on the Sanjavi to Loralai Road (PSDP #467-Z2020.1937), specifically the road shoulders were eroded during recent flood. The contractor has already been mobilised to repair these sections.
