SE LASBELA CIRCLE
Superintending Engineer (SE) Lasbela Circle, Fakhruddin Jamali, reviewed the ongoing development projects of the Fisheries Department in Hub and Lasbela districts. Officials from the Communications & Works Department and the Fisheries Department of both districts were also present on the occasion.
SE Fakhruddin Jamali assessed the progress of these ongoing projects and visited the sites to inspect the quality of the work. During his visit, he issued instructions to ensure that all major projects are completed at the earliest so that the Fisheries Department can fully benefit from them.
He emphasized that timely completion of these projects would enable individuals associated with the fisheries business in both districts to align with modern requirements and further promote growth in this vital sector.

During the visit, SE Lasbela Circle Fakhruddin Jamali reviewed the progress of the ongoing projects and inspected various sites to assess the quality of work. He directed that all major projects be completed at the earliest so that the Livestock Department can fully benefit from them.
He further emphasized that the timely completion of these projects will help modernize the livestock sector, enabling farmers and those involved in livestock-related businesses in both districts to adopt modern practices and contribute to the sector’s sustainable growth.

Additional Chief Secretary (P&D) Zahid Saleem, Chairman CMIT Muhammad Ali Kakar, and Secretary for Communications and Works Lal Jan Jaffar visited District Musakhel, where they reviewed the progress of ongoing development projects. On this occasion, Chief Engineer Loralai–Zhob, Qazi Noor-ul-Haq, gave a detailed briefing on the development initiatives in the district and accompanied the officials on field visits to the project sites.

Superintending Engineer Lasbela Circle, Fakhar ud Din Jamali, is visiting various development projects across District Lasbela.
SE MAKRAN CIRCLE
The Superintending Engineer (SE) Mekran Circle is visiting various development projects, including the High Court Building, Working Women’s Hostel, and the problematic project Z2017.0085 – “Establishment of Women Centres at Divisional Level at Kech.”
The Kech component of this project has a total cost of Rs. 40.132 million, with payments amounting to Rs. 21.670 million to date. However, the work has remained suspended since FY 2023–24.
To address the issue and prevent the project from becoming non-functional, directions have been issued to submit a Modified PC-I—deleting the First Floor in consultation with the Women Development Department (WDD)—as a practical solution. It has also been instructed to apply CSR-2023 and ensure completion of the project within the current financial year (CFY).

CWPP&H 🏢 DISTRICT DUKI
Project: Construction of DHQ Hospital at District Duki (Z2019-1975) Date: 27-10-2025 The scheme had remained suspended for a considerable period due to various issues, and the contractor was under consideration for blacklisting. However, after necessary correspondence and review, the work on the scheme has now been resumed
CWPP&H ROADS DISTRICT HUB
Under the supervision of the Department of Communications and Works (Roads), District Hub, development projects across the district are progressing rapidly. In this regard, the asphalting work on the Gadani Ship Breaking Yard Road has commenced and is expected to soon enter its final stages of completion.
It is worth mentioning that development initiatives throughout the district are moving forward at a fast pace, with Executive Engineer Roads, District Hub, Abdul Wahab Zehri, personally overseeing all ongoing projects.
Provincial Minister for Agriculture and Cooperatives, Mir Ali Hassan Zehri, and Secretary Communications and Works, Lal Jan Jaffar, have issued special directives to ensure that all ongoing development projects are completed on time so that the people of the district can fully benefit from these initiatives.
