Site Visit Report β SNGBR Memorial Hospital Expansion Project
Date: Thursday, 28th August 2025
A joint site visit was carried out on Thursday, 28th August 2025, at the SNGBR Memorial Hospital Expansion Project. The visit was attended by the Executive Engineer and project staff, the Consultant Team Leader, the Resident Engineer (R.E), and the Assistant Resident Engineer (A.R.E).
The primary objective of the visit was to inspect and evaluate the ongoing construction works being undertaken by the contractor across different components of the project. During the inspection, the client and consultant teams conducted a thorough review of the works, with particular focus on compliance with approved specifications, design standards, and established quality benchmarks.
Constructive observations and feedback were provided to the contractorβs representatives on-site. Emphasis was placed on maintaining high standards of workmanship, adhering strictly to the approved project timeline, and upholding all safety protocols.
The visit reflected a spirit of collaboration among the client, consultant, and contractor, reaffirming their shared commitment to ensuring the successful and timely completion of the project.

Secretary for Communications and Works, Lal Jan Jaffar, visited the under-construction CM Annexy to Urak Road, which is being carried out under the supervision of Executive Engineer Roads, C&W Department Kuchlak Division.
During the inspection, Chief Engineer Quetta Zone Abdul Rahim Bangulzai, Chief Engineer Federal Projects Dr. Sajjad Baloch, Executive Engineer Roads Kuchlak Division Qazi Sanaullah, along with other senior officials of the Communications and Works Department, were also present.
Secretary Lal Jan Jaffar received a detailed briefing on the ongoing project and inspected the quality of work. He directed the concerned authorities to further accelerate the pace of construction and ensure improvement in the quality standards of the development project.

"A Pre-Progress Review Meeting was held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Chief Engineer, CWPP&H Loralai/Zhob Zone, with the participation of SE Loralai Circle and SE Musakhail Circle."

The construction work on Kili Kabir Road, under the supervision of the C&W (Communication and Works) Department, Kuchlak Division, is progressing rapidly and will soon enter its final stages of completion.
In addition, Superintending Engineer Roads, Mr. Azizullah Kasi, along with Executive Engineer Roads Kachlak Division, Mr. Qazi Sanaullah, inspected the ongoing work on Main Nawan Kali Road and reviewed the quality standards.
