CHIEF ENGINEER ROADS SIBI ZONE

Thanks to the efforts of Provincial Minister for Communications and Works, Mir Saleem Khan Khosa, and Secretary Communications, Lal Jan Jafar, the Communications and Works Department has taken yet another commendable step.
After a long wait, promotions have been granted to 43 employees in various categories and upper grades of Class IV staff in the Sibi Zone (Roads). A simple yet dignified ceremony was held at the office of the Chief Engineer Roads, Sibi Zone, to mark the occasion.
The event was attended by Chief Engineer Roads Sibi Zone, Muhammad Bashir Nasir; Superintending Engineer Roads Naseerabad Circle, Ismatullah Sabir; District Engineering Officers from Ziarat, Jhal Magsi, and Jaffarabad; and a large number of promoted employees.
During the ceremony, Chief Engineer Muhammad Bashir Nasir personally distributed promotion orders to the employees. Promotion orders for Class IV staff were handed over to their respective district engineering officers.
These long-awaited promotions have brought a wave of happiness among the department’s employees. Associations and representatives of Class IV staff expressed their gratitude to Provincial Minister Mir Saleem Ahmed Khosa and Secretary Lal Jan Jafar, whose personal efforts helped fulfill a longstanding demand of the workers.

CWPP&H ROADS QILLA SAIFULLAH
Under the supervision of the Communications and Works Department, District Killa Saifullah, various development projects are progressing rapidly. In this regard, Member of the Provincial Assembly from Killa Saifullah, Maulvi Noorullah, along with the Executive Engineer Roads, visited several ongoing development projects in the district to review their progress.

Today, the Honourable Secretary of Communications & Works (C&W), Mr. Lal Jan Jafar, visited the Road Management Unit (RMU) at the C&W Complex in Quetta to review progress on the department’s digitization initiative.
A comprehensive briefing was presented by Engr. Ali Ahmed Raisani, Director RMU Quetta, highlighting the use of modern equipment in road design and supervision. The visit was also attended by Mr. Akram (SE), Mr. Ghurmani (SE), Mr. Anwer (XEN), and the dedicated staff of RMU.
This marks the first significant step towards the digitization and modernization of the C&W Department—an initiative made possible through the visionary leadership of the Honourable Minister Mr. Saleem Khosa and the esteemed Secretary Mr. Lal Jan Jafar. Their commitment and support are truly commendable.
