Through the efforts of Provincial Minister for Communications & Works, Mir Saleem Khan Khosa, and Secretary Communications & Works, Lal Jan Jaffar, the department has taken yet another commendable initiative.
After a long wait, the Departmental Promotion Committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Engineer Sibi Zone, Zubair Ahmed Khosa, to address the long-pending promotions of Class-IV employees. In this meeting, a total of 43 employees from different categories of Class-IV staff in Sibi Zone—covering the districts of Kohlu, Dera Bugti, and Ziarat—were approved for promotion to the next grade. The formal promotion orders will be issued shortly.
This long-awaited decision has sparked a wave of joy among departmental employees. The associations and representatives of Class-IV employees expressed their gratitude to Provincial Minister Mir Saleem Ahmed Khosa and Secretary Lal Jan Jaffar, whose personal efforts made the long-standing demand of the employees a reality.
